Each hand-crafted, papel picado/ garland measures 16 feet long and features 10 papel picado/em sheets strung together. Each sheet on the garland is approximately 18 x 13 inches. Sheets are cut out of tissue paper. Designs vary.Purchase the garland individually or buy the set and save!
